Is the bag really waterproof?
Yes. The jelly is waterproof and the seams are heat-sealed: rain, pool splashes and wet sand are no problem. It is not designed to be fully submerged, though.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Write to us within 12 hours of ordering with your order number: as long as the parcel has not shipped, we change the address free of charge. After that, we will do our best with the carrier.
